An intake of Omega 3 plant


Capsules Vital Flax 870 act on cholesterol, free radicals, and growth menopause.
They contain organic flax seed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (70%) and Omega 3 (55%): alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). This oil is combined with natural vitamin E, fiber and flax lignans.

Properties

  • Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) compensates the excess of Omega 6 and helps maintain a normal level of cholesterol in the blood.
  • Essential fatty acids are needed for normal growth and development of children. These beneficial effects are obtained with an overall dietary intake of 2000 mg / day of ALA. Eight Vital Capsules 870 Flax bring you 1740 mg of ALA, the rest being provided by a balanced diet.
  • Vitamin E is involved in protecting cells against oxidative stress. It also helps protect the essential fatty acids from oxidation, preserves freshness and optimum biological activity.
  • Flax seeds contain about 100 times more lignans than other plants. Lignans have a beneficial activity for menopausal women.

Indication

The recommended maximum daily dose (8 capsules) provides:
- 3480 mg of oil of organic flax seed
- 1740 mg of omega 3 (ALA)
- 500 mg of omega 6
- 100 mg of fibers
- 10 mg of lignans
- 6.5 mg of natural vitamin E (54% RDA). 
 * RDA = Recommended Daily.

use

Take 2 to 4 capsules per day, orally.
Up to 8 capsules daily if occasional use.

Trick

The soft capsule is perfectly suited to easily administer the daily dose for young children (from 6 years): pierce the capsule with a needle and squeeze to extract vegetable oil to mix with yogurt or other food.

Flax Seed Oil * bio, (flaxseed sound) lignans and fiber (natural tocopherols) vitamin E (thickener) beeswax. Soft gelatin capsule, glycerol and carob aroma. 
 * First cold pressed, stored under nitrogen.

No artificial colors or preservatives.
